Review Services
Our review services provide two important features. Regular individual statements of each account you have with HWA and a quarterly combined report showing the progress of your accounts. Additionally, we will meet with you once a year to discuss the accounts and the appropriateness of each. Meetings can be in person, video conference, by phone, or by email depending on your preference. Of course we welcome questions by any means at any time regarding your accounts.
Monitoring Services
Our monitoring program is one of a kind and yet another way we distinguish ourselves from our competition. Two of our core beliefs is holding ourselves accountable to our clients and empowering our clients to regain control of their finances. One of the ways we achieve these beliefs is through our monitoring program. For our monitoring program to be successful we must answer the question, “Am I on track to meet my goals?” If logic prevails, then we need to evaluate the steps we took to get here and if they were correct. Therefore our monitoring program assesses three things.
- How successful were we in implementing the plan?
- How effective were the comprehensive and area plans?
- How effective were the implementation and plans towards goal achievement?
