The Three External Enviornments

Everything we’ve discussed to this point is known as the internal environment.  Meaning everything, thus far, is within your control.  Now we must discuss the three things that cannot be easily controlled and how they fit into your puzzle.  There three external environments that exist, and that you have little control over but greatly affect your financial well-being, are the economic environment, political environment, and legal environment.  Each of these environments has distinct interactions with your financial plan and need to be monitored for potential opportunities and threats.
